As you will make the payment using any of the above payment methods your SatisfyHost’s invoice will be paid instantly upon successful payment on the payment gateway’s website.

But if any how the payment proceeded successfully on the gateway provider’s website but the invoice does not mark as paid on your SatisfyHost’s account, nothing to worry about the matter. Just send us an email to [email protected] with your scan government issues ID card (e.g. National ID/Passport/Driving License/Student ID, etc.), a recent passport size photograph and proof of address (e.g. Utility Bill like Gass Bill, Electricity Bill, Mobile Phone Bill, etc.)

Cash/Walk-In Payment

You are able to pay face to face at our office.

Important note:

1. Please deposite your write your domain name/your hosting account username/invoice number on the bank-in slip, then scan it and email to [email protected] (sales) or submit a ticket at our SALES department from your clinets area. In the case of depositing cheque or making a deposit using deposit machine at our Bank account, we need at least the time for cheque clearance which may take maximum 4-7 days to verify your order. For immediate processing, please remember to open a ticket/email us the transaction transcript.

2. We strongly recommend our customer to pay the invoice as early as you can, for avoiding any kind of interrupted service. As in case of renewal if we don’t get the information in time we’ll not be able to renew your account/service on time, that may cause losing your account/service & SatisfyHost will not responsible for it.

3. If you have already paid your dues using bank/wire transfer or bKash you are requested to send us the scan copy of your bank-in slip or bKash transaction details to [email protected] for the due settlement.
